From October 29 to November 2, 2025, the Salon du Chocolat will return to Paris Expo (Porte de Versailles) for a special edition celebrating its 30th anniversary.
A true paradise for chocolate lovers, the event brings together the world’s greatest chocolatiers, pastry chefs, artisans, and creators, all united by a single theme: a shared passion for chocolate.

As part of the ALPI Master’s program, 12 students from the 2025–2026 cohort have been selected to support the Ecuadorian exhibitors from the Ecuador Chamber of Commerce and the Province of Pichincha during the 2025 Salon du Chocolat in Paris.
This collaboration highlights the international and hands-on dimension of the ALPI program, which promotes intercultural exchange, professional cooperation, and the practical application of communication and event management skills. Taking part in a world-renowned event such as the Salon du Chocolat is a unique opportunity to strengthen the bridge between academic training and the professional sphere.
